SCHÉDIO SPACES

Schédio Spaces is a leading design + build firm founded by the dynamic and complementary duo — Jenalee + Christopher Nordstrom.

At its helm stands Jenalee, a visionary designer whose ability to seamlessly blend expertise in construction and millworking with her interior design prowess is what truly distinguishes her work within the industry. With Schédio Spaces undertaking its own millwork and furniture production, she is able to push the boundaries of design, creating spaces that defy convention, yet always maintain her elevated signature by overseeing all technical aspects and participating in structural and architectural decisions.

Meanwhile, with a heritage steeped in craftsmanship and over two decades of industry experience, Chief Operating Officer Christopher brings unparalleled skill and hallmark dedication in construction and millworking to the table. As head of the build team, he utilizes creative problem-solving to bring Jenalee’s interior architecture to life.

By diving deep into the psychology of each client, Jenalee and Christopher uncover the driving forces behind their clients’ aspirations, allowing them to tailor each project with precision and insight.

THE LIBRARY

Applying her signature outside-the-box thinking, Jenalee challenges the notion of what is traditionally considered holiday design as she leads the creative direction for this installation. Her love for avant-garde design will shine through as Schédio Spaces takes on the transformation of the Library at the historic Cecil Green Manor, setting the stage for a sexy holiday party that envelops guests in an immersive environment drenched in frivolity.

The transformation pays homage to Cecil Green’s rich history, while also juxtaposing the space’s traditional and masculine structure with voluminous sculptural elements, creating a dynamic interplay between artistic contemporary minimalism and historical richness.

Fabric sculptures second as low-profile furniture, inviting a lounge-style atmosphere and igniting curiosity. Textiles and florals drip like the wax of a candle, while metallic accents reflect glimmers of light throughout the room.

The warm glow of candlelight illuminates an unexpected tablescape draped atop the impeccable craftsmanship of a custom Schédio dining table. Contributors to this spectacular scene also include Celsia Floral, Hunters Garden Centre, Ideal Work, FABCYCLE, Fabricland, Robinson Lighting & Bath, Spotlight Events, Pedersen’s Event Rentals, and Jon Terpening Glassworks.

Guests are invited to come in, enjoy a cocktail, and stay a while as we celebrate the echoes of parties past, present, and especially future, in a space that redefines holiday entertaining.
